ShieldzyParticipantHow do I input a favicon on the browser tab, and to the left of the URL in the domain bar? I placed an icon in the Site Icons area of the Customizer, but still nothing is showing up.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
you need to set a path to your favicon on Appereance > Customizer > Site Icons
“Easily manage your favicon for desktop, touch icon for mobile devices, and tile icon for the Windows 8 Metro interface in this section. If an image is not set, nothing will be output for that particular icon type. When setting the path to your favicon, make sure you are using the “.ico” format. A 152×152 PNG should be used for your touch icon, and a 144×144 PNG should be used for your tile icon. The color you set for your tile icon will be used behind your image.
Favicon (Set Path to Image Below)”Once you access Appereance > Customizer > Site Icons you will find a box where you can place the link.
Hope that helps
Joao

ShieldzyParticipantThanks Joao. I’m still a little confused though. What link do I need to paste into the, “Favicon (Set Path to Image Below)” field, and where do I find it?

RahulModeratorHey There,
Kindly upload a Favicon with proper size mentioned above to your Media library. Open the image and you will get a link from there. Copy and paste this link to the mentioned path.
Let us know how it goes!
