HugobosssParticipantHi!
I have 2 issues with a website for a client.
1. Website is showing wrong favicon, it’s using the favicon of my own website although I have changed it in the customizer.
2. When I copy the website URL to post it on Facebook, multiple images are showing up in the post which is fine because they are fetched from the slider gallery on the site, and I can select which images to hide. However, after the last image there is an image of my face and text “show more at http://www.skurupspizzeria.se”. From where is this image taken? I can’t have my profile picture showing up here.
Thanks and have a great weekend!

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I tested the website on Chrome and Firefox and seem that there is no favicon at all, can you confirm you have the favicon URL at the Customizer?
I tested the website on my facebook and there is no picture of you, there is 3 pictures of the lobby of the restaurant and 2 pictures of the outside.
Please try putting the favicon URL on Customizer and testing your website with a different browser with clean cache and if possible in ingonigto mode. Also make sure you have any cache plugin disable while making any changes at your website.
Hope that helps,
Thanks,
Joao

HugobosssParticipantHi!
The favicon issue is solved now, it was my mistake and a cache issue.
If I post the link on personal FB it looks good but when posting to business page it looks as attached image.
I use this profile pic on all social media etc so I don’t know from where it’s fetched. Maybe it’s a FB issue, showing my FB business page profile pic there?May 21, 2016 at 7:05 am #1002877
Rue NelModeratorHello There,
I think that is the default when you share your site in a business page. I have tried it myself and this is how it looks on my end.
