    I have difficulty setting the favicon for my site despite following the instructions here.Please assist.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! It should be simple and straightforward. Let’s go to Customize > Site Icons and set your favicon by placing the URL of your uploaded favicon image – http://prntscr.com/ddbna4

    When setting the path to your favicon, make sure you are using the “.ico” format and the size should be 32×32 or 64×64.

    Hi There,

    Thank you for the credentials, you were adding the wrong URL (http://prnt.sc/ddhrjs). I did go ahead and added the right one.

    Yes, upload an .ico image with 64×64 size and then update the URL again on Site Icons.
