    Random Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 30146560) (tried to allocate 49152 bytes) in /home/our??site/public_html/???????.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/meta/entries.php on line 497 – when uploading an image.

    Hi the above error is appearing when I upload images – its says the maximum file size is 32MB the files are no bigger than 200k/350k bytes – So i have setup a PHP.ini file with 128MB as specified by my host – can you let me know if there is a problem with the – entries.php file or do i have to setup specific MEMORY_LIMITS in specific files to prevent this from occuring?

    If you wish to gain access to the site let me know and we can provide a tempoary password and login account. Unless there is something i can do remedy the probelm myself..

    I have noticed this occuring when a script is running to resize an image that isnt the scale of a defined image size so it uses more memory to rescale the image..This also occured when i was in the customiser area and change the scale of the site.

    Can you email: design@zapptaa.co.uk as we are dealing with any issues while we set the clients site up.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for your login credentials!

    After added following code under wp-config.php, everything seems to work fine:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    Please double check on your website!

    Regards!

    After reviewing the information provided above, I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.

    Hi there,

    Please install Cornerstone from X Addons -> Extensions as it’s a required plugin to fix the issue.

    Thanks.
