Joshua VParticipantGetting this fatal error after upgrading to X 4.6.4:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function x_is_shop() in /wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/classes.php on line 39
classes.php in 4.6.4 seems to be identical to the version in 4.4.2, which is what I’m upgrading from. Any ideas what’s causing this? I’m unable to use 4.6.4 until I figure this out.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
Thanks for writing in! First check your current PHP version that you’re running on your server. Make sure that you’re running PHP v5.6.0 or above to avoid any incompatibility issues as WordPress recommends it.
Hope that helps.

Joshua VParticipantYes, it’s bluehost and it’s set up for PHP v5.6.

Joshua VParticipantI’ve always updated properly. I have no idea what you did or why you did it. Can you please explain? I’ve never had any problems before, so what you’re saying doesn’t make sense to me. I don’t even use woocommerce on flatfeeindiana.com. It wasn’t activated there because I don’t use it there.
November 17, 2016 at 5:36 pm #1261719
Joshua VParticipantI deactivated WooCommerce since I don’t use it on that site. Was there a reason you activated it?
November 17, 2016 at 5:40 pm #1261721
Joshua VParticipantNow I’m seeing this on the backend since you made the changes. What am I supposed to do from here? Or are you still working on figuring this out?
November 17, 2016 at 8:19 pm #1261978
Joshua VParticipantWhatever you did is causing some major problems. The video on the homepage of flatfeeindiana.com is now magnified by like 500 times for some reason. Also, on my checkout page located at https://flatfeeindiana.com/listing-checkout/ the font underneath the form fields are super tiny. (see attached image) Also, there’s a white strip at the top of the pages with a questions mark on the left. Can you please help me? Ever since you did whatever you did, I’m having these problems.

Joshua VParticipantOk, this is what was in my debug.log after switching to 4.6.4 and trying to load once (I don’t get ANY of these errors when using 4.4.2):
PHP Notice: Undefined variable: x_stack in /home7/jcbhomes/public_html/realtyparadigm/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/customizer/output.php on line 28
PHP Warning: require_once(/home7/jcbhomes/public_html/realtyparadigm/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/customizer/output/.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home7/jcbhomes/public_html/realtyparadigm/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/customizer/output.php on line 28
PHP Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘/home7/jcbhomes/public_html/realtyparadigm/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/customizer/output/.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/php/56/usr/lib64:/usr/php/56/usr/share/pear’) in /home7/jcbhomes/public_html/realtyparadigm/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/customizer/output.php on line 28
November 17, 2016 at 10:26 pm #1262080
Joshua VParticipantThe size of themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/customizer/output/variables.php in 4.6.4 is 2kb and it’s 8,039kb in 4.4.2. I’m guessing this could be it??? I downloaded the zip file from this site. What do you recommend? Just replace it with the 4.4.2 version?
November 17, 2016 at 10:29 pm #1262082
Joshua VParticipantAfter comparing more files, it seems like most of them are 1-2kb or so when they should be a lot more. Where can I download a reliable copy of X 4.6.4?
November 17, 2016 at 11:00 pm #1262112
DarshanaModeratorHi there,
I have activated WooCommerce because of your original issue.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function x_is_shop()Then the above errors that I have mentioned showed up (#1261710). Other than that I haven’t changed or touched any of the configuration of your site.
It’s also possible that you have corrupted files or missing files within your newer version of X theme.
You can download the latest copy of X theme from your Envato account and try installing and activate it. It’s also better to take a full backup of your website.
Thanks!
November 18, 2016 at 1:13 am #1262200
Joshua VParticipantDownloaded a copy from Envato and installed it and now I get this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function x_enqueue_google_fonts() in /home7/jcbhomes/public_html/realtyparadigm/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/enqueue/styles.php on line 92
And there’s nothing in the debug.log after trying to load it, even several times.
