    Hi there,

I upgraded my plugins and theme today and now my product pages are displaying a critical error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_product_attachment_props() in /home/guitar48/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php on line 28

    I am using PHP 5.6.27.

I’ve tried disabling plugins with now luck.

    Anything else I can try?

    Thank you

    Hi there,

Please activate parent theme, as the issue may come from customized files in child theme.

If it doesn’t help, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

Let us know how it goes.

    Hi Christopher,

I activated the main X theme and deactivated all plugins and the error messaged was still there.

    What else do you suggest?

    Thank you,

    Hello There,

Thanks for updating! It seems that your WooCommerce plugin is a bit outdated. Please updated it to the latest version which is 2.6.9. For further details about plugin and it’s version compatibility, you can check it here: https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.
