    Hi there,

    I’m getting this message on the plugin page;

    Fatal error: Class ‘X_Update_API’ not found in /home/deb59356/domains/kouwenberginfra.nl/public_html/wp-content/themes/x/framework/functions/global/admin/addons/updates/class-plugin-updater.php on line 205

    And I’ve got no idea what is means?

    Can you guys help me?

    Hi Jenny,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    You need to validate your X theme, in-order to use those addons such as Email Extension. Please refer to our validation guide here (https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/).
