    Hi,

    I am trying to import the demo content onto my website, but it seems to keep failing. Can you please help me out with this? My website is https://www.demoelaas.com

    Hi Sam,

    Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. Kindly try the “Troubleshooting” part from here – https://community.theme.co/kb/demo-content/

    If the issue still persist, let us know which demo you are trying to import and would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi There,

    Note that you have some content on your website and by installing the Demo Content your content can be overwritten.

    Also I would recommenced you turning off all the security and cache plugins and try again.

    If you would like us to try, please authorize us to try it and that you acknowledge that your content can be overwritten.

    Also let us know which Demo you are looking for.
