    Hello,

    I failed to installed slider revolution plugin due to ‘connection timeout’, and I’m trying the other option to manually install from x/framework/plugin ..

    However, X-package.zip I’ve downloaded only have cornerstone.zip (in x/framework/plugin)…there is no other plugin available…where can I get the rest of plugin especially slider revolution?

    Hey there,

    X bundled plugins could only be installed from the Addons page. Timeout issues are due to web hosting limitations. Please try the solutions outlined at https://community.theme.co/kb/connection-issues/

    Hi,

    I’ve contacted hosting provider and they increase the timeout limit, and the issue fixed. Thanks!
