stuartrowensParticipantI’m not well versed in Open Graph or how Facebook pulls meta tags. We built our site (sojourncollege.com) using the X Theme church pre-built template. When someone posts a link to our site on Facebook, it displays only the images from the demo site (which are no longer published). It also doesn’t display our site title and tagline and uses lorem ipsum text for the description.
X Theme’s open graph feature is enabled in the customizer.
I’ve also tried installing Yoast SEO and disabling X’s open graph feature.Neither changed anything. I noticed the problem when someone else shared our site on Facebook, so I don’t think it’s a cache issue.
Any ideas?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thanks for writing in! Since you already installed the Yoast SEO, please stick to it and disable the open graph in customizer.
After you configure your post/page open graph data.
Go to this page and make sure Facebook fetch the new information.
Let us know how it goes.
Cheers!
