    When I enter the Facebook URL for the Social Sharing customization, it is prepending my site URL to the Facebook URL. The result is that visitors receive an “Oops! The page you are looking for is no longer here…” error.

    Please advise.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in! Make sure you enter the absolute link to your Facebook page

    e.g.
    https://www.facebook.com/yourpage

    No # or / in the beginning of it.

    If this does not work, provide us your site URL and login credentials in private reply so we can take a closer look.
