fabipaoliniParticipantHi guys! Wondering if you could help me. I have activated Facebook comments and they’re working in my blog http://www.fabipaolini.com/blog for example, but I want to activated it in this page as well:
For some reason, it’s not coming up.
Can you help?
Thanks!May 26, 2016 at 4:20 pm #1011795
JadeModeratorHi there,
Facebook Comments should work on pages but kindly make sure that the Discussion option in the page itself if enabled and that the page is not using a Blank template.
If you are still having an issue, kindly provide us with the admin login to your site in a private response so that we could check this further.

fabipaoliniParticipantThanks! I was using a Blank template. So, now I have another question, here’s the page: http://www.fabipaolini.com/brand-experience-part-1/ is there any way to get the blue row to go flush all the way to the end of the “box”
Thanks!May 26, 2016 at 5:01 pm #1011837
fabipaoliniParticipantI have another Facebook comment question! For example on this page: http://www.fabipaolini.com/brand-experience-part-2/ is I make a comment, the image that shows in my timeline in Facebook is a snippet of that “part 2 what do you do.” Is there a way that I can change that image?

FriechModeratorHi There,
Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain of the issue. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification (perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Thanks.

fabipaoliniParticipantThis is what I mean. When I comment on my page, the image that comes up in Facebook is that square that says “part 2” I want that image to be something else. How do I do that?

JadeModeratorHi Fabiana,
Please enable open graph built-in X in your customizer, Appearance > Customize > Social > Open Graph. Alway make sure that you have a featured image set for the post. To test your post how it will look like in Facebook, please use the Facebook Debugger tool.
Please let us know how it goes.
