    Hey!

    A while ago i had some issues with my Xsite, so decided to delete everything and restart working on the website.

    But i realise now that i cant access mailchimp from my dashboard?

    tried to reinstall the plugin several time.

    Hey Jonathan,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Jonathan,

    Are you referring to Addons > Email Forms panel? I can access that panel on my end. Please clarify.

    Your host emails you your FTP credentials, if not please login to your Cpanel and create a new FTP account. You can follow this this clip.
