Ying-Fu LiParticipantHi,
On this site http://dehartenvriend.nl I have installed Woocommerce but the plugin is not visible when I want to check something in ftp. Do you have any suggestions as to why this might be? As far as I know this only happens with extensions activated from X.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Woocommerce and the Addons should be visible on the plugins folder.
Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
Thanks
Joao

ChristianModeratorHey there,
I couldn’t see your plugins in your WP admin. Would you mind giving us admin level access.
I’m not sure why WooCommerce is not in your plugins folder. This might be caused by your WordPress setup or a plugin. Please try testing for a plugin conflict also.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorContact Form 7, Slider Revolution and Cornerstone are in your plugins folder. Not sure why WooCommerce is not. Would you mind contacting your hosting provider or try re-installing WooCommerce?
Thanks.

Ying-Fu LiParticipantWon’t I loose my settings when re-installing woocommerce?
October 9, 2016 at 9:12 am #1208828
ChristianModeratorNo. But, it would be best to backup your site first so you have something to restore to.
Thanks.

Ying-Fu LiParticipantRe-installing doesn’t make a difference. I have opened a support ticket at our provider. They use a VPS server, could that be an issue?

RupokMemberHi there,
That could be an issue but your hosting provider might help with this. This should not happen by theme anyhow so we are not sure about this. Let’s see what your hosting provider advice.
Thanks!

Ying-Fu LiParticipantHm, it seems like the website is hosted but also on VPS. I was using ftp on the hosting whereas I should use it on the VPS which is another directory. Very confusing but it is solved. Thanks for thinking with me.

ChristianModeratorGlad it’s sorted out.
