    Hi I am looking for the X Google Analytics extension. https://community.theme.co/kb/extension-google-analytics/
    All it shows is Cornerstone, Slider Rev, and Visual Composer. Where am I meant to see all the X extensions available.

    Thanks for writing in! It seems you didn’t validate your site. Make sure to validate following this – https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

    You will find all extensions under X Addons menu.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the credentials. It seems you are using very older version of X and Cornerstone. Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Hi. Cornerstone version is 1.2.4 and X version is 4.05. I will update Cornerstone when it says it is compatiable with wordpress 4.6

    With X I have been reluctant to update as it says ‘any customisation the theme files will be lost’, and I was not sure exactly what that meant?

    Hi there,

    Kindly update X and Cornerstone to latest version. X should be v4.6.1 and Cornerstone should be v1.3.0. There is no compatibility issue with WordPress 4.6.

    happy to update, but please can you first advise about the note that says ‘any customisation of theme files will be lost’ what customisation does this mean exactly!? and am I going to lose anything on my website?

    Hi there,

    If you’ve modified x core files, they will be lost after updating. In this case please setup a child theme and move all customized files in child theme folder.
