    I have received an email from Envato saying that my period of X Theme support is coming to an end and I need to extend it. But when I click on the Extend button in the Envato email, the only choice I am presented with is to buy another complete X Theme license.

    I have looked at forum posts on this issue, but (my apologies) don’t understand them.

    Can you please clarify what I need to do, if anything, to continue to be able to access support?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! Please ignore this email and do not buy any X theme unless you need any additional license code. As a matter of when Envato rolled out an update to their item support policy, however your Themeco account will stay active after the 6 month support period as many customers use the forums for interactions beyond support (and soon to be more forums and places of discussion) such as licensing, etc.

    Hope this explains briefly.
