    I would like to know how can I extend the Custom headline accents to the edge of the screen… It seems that what I really want is to extend the column to the edge of the screen but still I dont know how to do it.

    Not sure of what are you trying to achieve. Would you mind sharing us a screenshot of what you want to achieve. Thanks.

    Usually, you could try adding margin to the element so that it will be moved or Custom CSS to the element to position it.
