cgWerksParticipantI’m not 100% sure this is coming from X Theme, but it has x theme in the path, so it might be related.
On the following page:
https://www.apologeticscanada.com/conference-2017/A number of the elements and effects don’t become active until the page is clicked on, such as the menu (generated with Ubermenu) and a B&W/Color roll-over effect on the speaker bios.
The problem seems to be the following:
<div id=”exposeMask” style=”position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; width: 1208px; height: 7020px; display: block; opacity: 0.8; z-index: 9998;”></div>I’m not sure why we’re seeing this though. The customer who built this page has included some additional code, so it isn’t purely X generated… but I don’t see that code anywhere in what they’ve added.
If you guys can help, that would be great. If not, I understand. Thanks. I can’t find another question like it in the forums.

cgWerksParticipantJust an update, I tracked this down to something to do with Footnotes plugin (or, at least disabling it makes the problem go away).
https://wordpress.org/plugins/footnotes/I think I’ll be able to solve it by disabling that plugin on that page only, with this plugin:

RadModeratorHi there,
Glad it’s okay now and thanks for sharing! I’ll definitely use that last plugin too 🙂
Cheers!

cgWerksParticipantJust an update:
With the advice of the developer of footnotes, I did a bit more testing. There seems to be a conflict of some kind between footnotes Version 1.6.4 and Ninja Forms Version 3.0.6. I can have all other normal plugins enabled, and fix the issue by either turning off footnotes or Ninja Forms. If both are enabled, the problem shows up.
As noted above, this could be fixed by disabling footnotes on this page only (as it uses no footnotes), but it would be better to figure out the actual issue.

RadModeratorHi there,
I see, thanks for sharing. I’ll see if I can check that too on my end.
Thanks!
