Are you by any chance using GoDaddy hosting? You can see a thread about this here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/500-internal-server-error-when-importing-xml

Hi there,

Since your site did not have any of your personal data such as Posts, Pages, Portfolio items & WooCommerce products; I have re-built your site from scratch & installed X theme and mandatory plugins.

Also increase the PHP max_execution_time limit to 300 as I can see your current value is 30 (http://www.clickonf5.org/11921/solution-for-wordpress-php-error-maximum-execution-time-of-30-seconds-exceeded/)

Then could you please try validating your site and then try to import expanded demo content.

Hi there,

The standard demo doesn’t import pages and other contents, it only contains the home page, menu, and customize settings. And home page content only displays placeholders that users should edit.

It’s the expanded demo that contains the complete import.

What’s the error you’re getting when importing Agency? Should I import it for testing? Let me know.

Hello There,

By the time I was checking your site, X is no longer the active theme. Did you happen to change it to another theme? I would recommend that you re install X and even your WP before activating X. After that you can try to import the Agency demo content again.

I was able to setup Agency demo but there is an error on the slider “Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias agency-home not found.

Provided password does’t work anymore.

Did you install and activate slider revolution after setting up demo content? if so you should clear cache by adding &clean-cache at the end of this URL http://domathah.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=x-addons-home and setup demo content again.

Hi,

I added an image as a background for the slider, everything looks perfect but I couldn’t delete the orginal light-blue background, it shows in the beginning.
