    I installed the expanded demo content and had a problem with the home page media so I deleted all the pages, posts and media and tried to re-install the demo again now none of the media downloaded. I pasted the clean cache text into the wp admin url but the media still wont download. I have all the pages, posts blog but no media.

    Hi Ryan,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    I am seeing the list blank after applying clean cache. Would you revoke the license and re-validate your site? Hopefully it will solve the issue. Then try again importing.

    Hi There,

    Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

    define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
    define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );

    You can add it before the line

    /* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

    Hi Ryan,

    Looks like your hosting provider is blocking the connections between your site and to our server. Your site has similar issue from here https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/my-license-will-not-validate/, but instead of validation, demo listing isn’t working since the response is empty from our server.

    Would you mind contacting your hosting provider and whitelist the mentioned IPs from that thread?

    We could only continue importing demo when that’s fixed.
