    I can’t upload the expanded demos because it seems to get stuck during Attaching thumbnails…….but I’m not getting an error message. It’s just taking a really long time.

    Hello Jeremy,

    Thanks for writing in! You might be experiencing a PHP memory exhaustion. I recommend that you increase your memory allocated to PHP. To increase it, please edit your wp-config.php file and insert these lines:

    define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

    You can add it before the line
    /*That's all, stop editing! Happy Blogging. */

    Do you mean installing the demo content? Are you having an issue? We don’t have demo addon but rather demo content. Please clarify so we can help you better. Please also share your admin credentials so we can check the issue directly.
