Is there any way to exclude all portfolio items from on-site search results?

I wanted to have full control over the product showcase so I created “Page” for each one product. I use Essential Grid for filterable portfolio ( http://kenbit.qenick.eu/produkty/ ). There was strange issue with Essential Grid and custom categories for “Pages” (filtering problem), so from Ess Grid documentation the best solution was to add portoflio item for each product with featured image and additional meta keys (one for custom subtitle and second one for link to particular product page).
Essential Grid shows items for “Portfolio Item” with portfolio item`s image but clicking on button “Pokaż” (“Show” in Polish) it redirects to product “Page” instead “Portfolio Item page” based on additional EssGrid custom meta keys.
ISSUE
Everything works fine but my ISSUE is to exclude portfolio items from on-site search result. Now when I type e.g. NEPTUN (it is name of one product) the search results shows portfolio item page and product page. ( http://kenbit.qenick.eu/?s=neptun )
I would like to exclude portfolio items from search results.
Do you have any solution???

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
