    Hey Support,

I recently noticed that my last 3 blog posts are not showing up on my website home page. When I am logged in I see them and they are published as public. When I log out, I am unable to see them. The site is otherwise up to date and running well. I’d appreciate some help! Thanks!

The last public showing post is from 10/11/16, but there are 3 more written on 10/19, 10/23, 10/25 that are not showing publicly, Thanks for your help!

    Hi There,

It might be the caching issue.

Did you install any cache plugins before?

    Regards!

I had W3 cache installed, but was getting errors and removed it. What would be the next step to fix this problem if it was cache related?

    Hi there,

Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?

Have you cleared W3’s cache before deactivating it? There are some setting that could linger even after disabling it (eg. wp-config.php or htaccess entries). Hence, clearing it should be the first action before deactivating and deleting it.

This is due to cache since it’s working when logged in.

    Thanks!

    Hi John,

You need to re-install the plugin and clear the cache from there or else the cache remains.

    Thanks
