I’m having an issue with the home page on Ethos 1. My posts aren’t showing up on the home page. I have disabled the blog filter under the customizer, and I also made sure the Reading settings are set to “Show my latest posts.” When I’m working in the customizer, I can see the posts as they should appear on my home page. However, when I actually go to my home page, the posts don’t show up. It’s bizarre.

The homepage you were referring to was not your actual homepage. I went ahead and set it as a posts page via Dashboard > settings > Reading

I guess I’m confused by that. You changed the setting from the Front page displaying my latest posts to the front page being a static page. How is it that the “Front Page: Display Latest Posts” setting doesn’t make my front page display my latest posts? Where do they go, if not to the front page?

I still find that I’m confused. You set my front page as a static page that displays my latest posts. However, how is this different than just giving my front page the “display my latest post” setting? I read through the link you sent, and it did not clarify this point.
