    Hello,

    i have 2 questions

    1) Ive imported the ethos 1 demo content but its not giving me any pages to see how the demo is setup

    2) Why is your default post (recent post) layout not like the one on the actual demo, but just a featured image?

    How so i get the post to display like how it is displayed on the demo version of ethos 1

    #1 Standard demo contents only import home page content.

    #2 Please provide us with URL and login credentials.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing back. It seems you are referring the “Blog index page recent posts” as Recent Posts element. Those are not same. The recent posts shown on the blog index page is using the special template of Ethos.

    Here is how the Recent Posts element/shortcode will look like in Ethos – http://demo.theme.co/ethos-1/shortcodes/recent-posts/

    Hope this makes sense.

    Hi There,

    You need to create a post

    Go to Wp Admin Dashboard > Posts > Add New Post

    Make sure to assign a feature image to your posts so you have the pics on the left side as well.

    As soon as you add the posts they will appear on your home page.

    Your home page at the moment is set as blog page it does not display static content, it displays your recent posts.

    As you don´t have any, you don´t have anything there.
