How can I get the expanded…?

I keep going in circles with:
Note: Revolution Slider is not active. Activate it from the plugins page, as Expanded Demos use it to import sliders.

Installing demo content will not alter any of your pages or posts, but it will overwrite your Customizer settings. This is not reversible unless you have previously made a backup of your settings. Are you sure you want to proceed?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Hi There,

Please ignore the message saying that Revolution Slider is not active, it will become activate if you purchase a license but your Revolution Slider that comes bundled with X has 100% of the functionalities.

To Install the expanded demo content please go to Addons select the desired demo content and install it.

If you are referring to the sliders templates you will need to download it from the link below and than import to your slider.

Hi Joan,

Just to be clear, is there an Expanded Demo for Ethos 1? I have installed and do see the skeleton design with empty space allocated for content and images, but I was under the impression when you purchased you received what you saw in the demo. Mostly concerned about the images at the top of the page.
