    Hi,

    I have installed this new plugin (included with X) to one of my websites, and it cannot save changes made to the forms.
    It saves the steps, but it cannot save the items in the steps, nor it can save any changes to general settings.

    On other site, it works. It also works on staging site. This site is on https, that is the main difference.

    Reinstalling the plugin and the plugin conflict test didn’t work.

    Can you take a look?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    There is no error and based on network logs, all requests are successful. My guess is it’s database or object caching, though can’t confirm that. Is it okay to disable your plugins while testing?

    I created same setup on my installation and forms are properly savings.

    Hi!

    I have tried with the caching turned on also, but there was no change.
    It is ok to turn off all plugins between 11:00PM and 07:00 AM CET.

    The only plugin that needs to stay on is “While Loading”, because it has a bit of code in the Child theme.

    But on staging site, everything is working with the same plugins. Strange.

    Hi there,

    It turn outs that the InfiniteWP – Client is the culprit. Please disable it and you’ll able to save your forms again.

    Thanks, no idea how I have missed that. Staging site works with InfiniteWP cilent active. Must be something more. But ok if it is working.

    But now suddenly I get the “Error – invalide license” message in my browser when I go to the site. The site loads after I press OK. It was fine yesterday.
    I’m on it now, but still cannot realize why it is happening.

    It’s originating from Call Now Button https://www.progreso.hr/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=call-now-button

    Though I’m not sure how setting up the license on that plugin.

    Hi, thanks for all the help!

    It was Campaign tracker for WordPress plugin. It has lost it’s license key when it was deactivated. Took me some time to realize it. 🙂
