PunchBugIndyParticipantHi – I am unable to receive emails when a form is submitted. They are sending to the person who filled in the form. Can you help with that?

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! I’d like to check but unfortunately your given credentials not working. Please double check the username and password and update us with correct credentials.
And meantime check the form settings as it looks like you configured it incorrectly.
Thanks!

PunchBugIndyParticipantThat info should work now. I reset the password. Also, the email appears to be sending when I use Gmail, but not my domain-level email address. Thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
I Went to Ep Builder > Form Settings > Email > put my email there and it works.
At the moment you have the email : [email protected]
Is that your email?
If yes please test it again.
Thanks
Joao

JoaoModeratorHi There,
It might be related to your hosting than, please contact your hosting service.
With Contact Form 7 sometimes that can happen and I use :
WP Mail SMTP by WPForms – The Most Popular SMTP and Email Log Plugin
It changes the way the email“s are sent from your site, you can also give it a go.
Hope that helps
