    Hi,

    I have created a form with Estimation & Payment plugin.
    The option for “Call an url on close” is set to my thank you page.

    When I try to finish the form and hit the final Submit-button, the Plugin failes to redirect to my desire page.
    The page stays on the same page and the form resets to start.

    What can be wrong?

    Thanks for writing in! Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    It okey, now it works perfectly.

    Another question about the plugin:

    Is it possible to send merge tags to Mailchimp? Right now I only get Firstname and Email to show up in Mailchimp.

    Regretfully, that is currently not possible. It could be possible with custom development but that falls outside the scope of our support.

    Hi there,

    That option is only applicable when the form is called, and it’s not for redirection after success. You should utilize the Conditions on redirection ? option, then add redirect condition and URL.

    Hi There,

    Thank you for the screenshot. Please try to click that green Add a redirection button. Then on Link Conditions Tab > URL: provide the LINK and possible condition and Save.

    Hi There,

    I have downloaded your form and then import it on my test site for a thorough testing. It seems that the error is coming from stripe payment. The moment Use stripe payment is set to OFF, the redirection works properly. Please make sure that stripe test mode is set properly.     I have added the test-keys from Stripe again. It still doesn’t work. The page keeps loading and nothing happens. Might this be an issue with the test keys? I have tried several times with no luck.

    Is this a common issue with Estimation and Payment form?

    I just changed the amount and tried with live transaction.

    It still freeze.
