awerdsParticipantI have followed the instructions here but my grid still shows the content only on hover. I have updated the theme and WordPress to the latest versions and am unsure how to achieve the desired effect. Can you assist?

awerdsParticipantHello!
Sorry about that. I think I have corrected it. Can you try again?June 24, 2016 at 12:09 am #1057596
LelyModeratorHi There,
There’s no content on hover when I checked. See this:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cD1ZhjiZuX
Although, that issue might be because of your settings. Please check this documentation for detailed discussion:https://www.themepunch.com/faq/grid-content-only-shows-up-on-hover/
Since your content is displayed below the grid’s main media image, you’ll need a “Masonry” layout. To apply a “Masonry” layout, head over to your grid’s main setting page.
Hope this helps.

awerdsParticipantHello Lely,
Thanks for the response. I have followed those guides and included screen shots of those settings you mention above. When I load the page and hover over the images the content does appear. I’d really appreciate any help understanding if I have run into a bug or am missing a setting.

RadModeratorHi there,
It could be due to skin, but I like to see your setting first.
Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply?
Thanks!

RadModeratorHi there,
Looks like it doesn’t allow access to other countries 🙂
I got this,

LelyModeratorHi There,
I am able to login now.
I saw that it is indeed Masonry. We might be seeing a cache content since you do have 2 caching plugin. Would you mind clearing/deleting cache and then check again? Do let us know how this goes.June 27, 2016 at 7:28 pm #1062380
awerdsParticipantI indeed have flushed the cache several times without changing the results. I’m not sure I follow what you mean about 2 caching plugins. I have W3 Total Cache running. What other plugin are you referring to for caching.
June 27, 2016 at 7:32 pm #1062389
awerdsParticipantTo clarify if you were referring to wordfence all caching is disabled. Only the security aspects are in use.

LelyModeratorHi There,
I missed checking the main grid settings. It should also be masonry on Grid settings. See attached screenshot. Choose masonry. What you have provided above on your screenshot is the Layout for the Layout settings. The Masonry should be selected on the Grid Settings Tab > Layout Tab> Grid Layout.
Hope this helps.
