fyxiParticipantHi,
I’ve setup Essential Grid to open up a page in a lightbox with a revolution slider in it using the following guide:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=shG9O6DcJzg
In general it’s working, however, it’s problematic. I originally tried to build the slider as a carousel. On the first open it looks fine, but when you try to open it again, or any of the other elements, the images are reduced down to thumbnail size. So I switched it to a normal slider. Now it works to open and reopen but the size of the slider isn’t fitting the lightbox precisely. On the first open it’s centered but too large so the arrows bleed off the viewport. On the second open it’s positioned so only the left arrow is visible. Furthermore, if I disable ‘Force full width’, it seems to open at the perfect size the first time, but then if I close and reopen, none of the images show and instead it just displays a white background.
You can see what I’m talking about here:
http://savvy-uk.com/demo-home/
Scroll down to ‘Recent Projects’. The ‘Cromwell’ element should open a carousel slider and the ‘Powis Terrace’ element should open a full slider.
Could you please help me work out what the issues and how to adjust it so that the sliders show correctly in both carousel and normal layouts?
Thanks in advance,
Josh

ChristianModeratorHey Josh,
We’re sorry but your setup is not recommended and not supported. Slider Revolution is best displayed in regular containers only and not containers controlled by scripts.
It’s technically possible to tweak your setup but that requires custom development which is outside the scope of our support. You might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/
Thank you for understanding.

fyxiParticipantHello,
I’ve done this successfully before on this site using the same approach:

I don’t think this is a code issue but a setting/configuration problem and, unfortunately, contacting Themepunch isn’t a possibility. I would appreciate any help you can provide.
Thanks,
Josh

LelyModeratorHello Josh,
There’s a code conflict on the setup that is setting the height as 73px and width as 100px. That’s why it’s look like a thumbnail. It would be better if you could consult a developer to dig into this issue. Thank you for understanding.
