    Hi there,

    I just installed essential grid on this site https://onlineconsigncouture.com/ and it’s working great for a few minutes, then the site half crashes; her slider gone, homepage text gone, and the grid gone. I deactivated the plugin, deleted it and re-installed. Exactly the same issue happened again. Any idea why?

    Thanks for writing in.

    Sorry to hear that, there might be an internal server error but there could be other contributing factors. Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials
    – Video recording on how to reproduce the issue

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Ann,

    Thank you for the credentials.
    This is what I am seeing when I checked:http://screencast-o-matic.com/watch/cDXu1jQjs8 I did compare the frontend on the content on your Cornerstone and it is the same. Can you clarify on which page the essential grid is not working? Which text is missing too?

    From your console, the only error I saw is this:
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
    for this font:
    https://onlineconsigncouture.com/wp-content/themes/x-child/fonts/307F3B_0_0.woff2
    Make sure that the font really exists on the folder.

    I activated the plugin again and now the homepage slider is gone and text section below the slider as well as the grid that should be below.

    I have not had any issues with my font and have not seen that error. Where do you see that?

    Can you try going to Revslider > Global Settings and then set the following to OFF:

    Insert JavaScript Into Footer
Defer JavaScript Loading
