Israel GParticipantHi,
I’ve been trying to use Essential Grid for several weeks now with no success.
The plugins seems to work as I can create a grid for my images. I can even see the preview within the plugin but it doesn’t show on the final page.Thank you.

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for the credentials!
Could you please try testing for a plugin conflict? You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how this goes and we’ll be happy to assist you with it.
Thanks for understanding!

Israel GParticipantHi Rahul,
I deactivated all third party plugins and the problem remains. I left them deactivated so you can take a look.
Thank you.

LelyModeratorHi Israel,
I am getting this error when I checked the page:
jquery.themepunch.essential.min.js:10 Uncaught ReferenceError: punchgs is not defined ?page_id=8966&preview=true:559 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).tpessential is not a functionDid you clear cache before deactivating caching plugin? There are still resources that is loading from cache. Please make sure that all cache content is deleted. If the issue still exist, please try also to switch from child theme to main X theme just to check that the conflict is not coming from any customization. Do let us know how this goes.

Israel GParticipantHi Lely,
Yes, I cleared the cache before deactivating the plugin. I also tried the main X-theme and deleted all CSS customizations and still not working.
Thank you.

ChristianModeratorHey Israel,
Would you mind backing up your widgets and then remove them? After that, check if the issue persists.
Thanks.

Israel GParticipantHi Christian,
I’m afraid I don’t know how to do that. Can you point me where to find those files?
Thank you.

ChristianModeratorPlease go to Appearance > Widgets and move all your Text widgets in the inactive widgets area. See https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QABKuYgnkbc
Thanks.

Israel GParticipantThank you Christian, I just got confused when you told me to back up the widgets. That was easy.
I just tried again with this last suggestion and the problem remains. Essential Grid still not working.Thank you.

RadModeratorHi there,
There are multiple issues,
1. Your grid has null height, and it’s not a valid value in javascript (JSON format). I had to create a new one named “x test”.
2. Rev. Slider library is loaded globally and it’s affecting the essential grid library (Punchfonts). I went ahead and disabled it through global setting.
Cheers!
