Essential grid is not loading the editor anymore and none of the tabs work so I cannot edit my grids. I tried the solution recommended in the forum and deleted the essential grid plugin through ftp then reinstalled it but it’s still not working.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. It seems you are using caching plugin. Would you disable this and check again?

I only activated cache plugin after the problem arised, have tried both enabled and disabled and it still doesn’t work.
However, since putting my website login as a private message in this forum, our website has now also been hacked in it’s mobile version and leads to porn sites…Hello There,
Upon checking your site, there are JS errors on the admin page. This is why you cannot edit in Essential Grid. You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
When you post your WP access, as long as it is private, we can assure you that only you and our staff can see that. It would be impossible for other users to see that. There could be a vulnerability in your site that have caused that issue perhaps a plugin maybe.
