asnieckusParticipantHi,
I just bought a second license for X and I wanted to import the settings and content for the essential grids I made on my first site. I exported all of the essential grid info from the first site and the import on the second site appears to read all of the items in the import file, but then after importing, it says there are no grids found (there should be two), and there are no available skins if I try to make a new grid. Seems like the import didn’t work, and maybe even overwrote the default settings (eg. skins).
I tried it with all of the other plugins disabled, with same result.

asnieckusParticipantThanks. I was able to import the sql file, and it appears to have fixed the issue. I just imported the file from my first site successfully to my second site, and it shows 2 existing grids
Hope you are able to find what’s causing this issue to begin with.
All best,

RadModeratorHi there,
The issue is that it fails to finish the table installation when you activate the plugin. It’s not something we can’t control since it’s the process of plugin installation. Any plugin or theme could fail during that process.
Thanks!
