    Hi

I have created a new skin in Essential grid. I have followed the official youtube videos which allow me to create a white space at the bottom of my skin that allows me to keep the Title, Price and Content always showing (even when not hovering) as I would like to show bands to clients on some of pages and how much they cost.

Ideally I am looking to create something similar to this https://essential.themepunch.com/masonry-blog-jimmy-carter/

So far – I have created the skin but it is now not showing the white section below it. It is also coming up as only white in the sections where there is writing.

    HELP!!

Please see top left band on this page to see an example of why it is not working http://www.richermusic.co.uk/rockweddingpartybandsforhire/

    Hey there,

Please import the Carter skin or a similar skin that shows information out of the box and edit it to suit your needs. See https://www.themepunch.com/essgrid-doc/item-skin-editor/ for Skin Editor usage instructions.

    Thanks.

    Hi

How do I stop the white part (below the image) from disappearing? They have managed this on the examples page but everything I try – doesnt seem to work. Heres their examples page https://essential.themepunch.com/masonry-blog-jimmy-carter/

I have gone on to my website and clicked Group Animation – None….but it still only shows the white section when I hover.

    Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! I’ve duplicated the Jimmy Carter skin and named it as Custom Jimmy Carter. I made a test page and you can check it here: http://www.richermusic.co.uk/an-x-test/

What I did is this, aside from tinkering the skin itself, I made changes to the grid. I choose Simple Dark as the Navigation skin and then the Item skin is Custom Jimmy Carter. In the Grid settings, I used Masonry and adjusted the number of columns. I cleared the cache and the test page. Now all the post details are showing now. You can try to use the custom skin and replicate the settings. If still doesn’t work out, simply duplicate my example grid and just change the media source so that it will display the desired items to display.

    Hope this helps.
