asnieckusParticipantHi,
I have set up the lightbox feature to work with essential grid on two sites in a multisite install. I used these instructions: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=shG9O6DcJzg
The lightbox was working for the first site that I added to the network on these two pages
—http://learningcooperatives.org/who-we-are/ (the bottom two panels)
—http://learningcooperatives.org/who-we-are/stories/But after I added the second site, the lightboxes on the first site are not working, and the lightboxes on the second site are not working also:
—http://princeton.learningcooperatives.org/who-we-are/stories/I’ve add some various issues with Essential Grid and have posted to this forum twice prior:
—Essential grid skin editor is not working
—Essential grid not importing fileAlso, I deactivated all of the other plugins, but it did not fix the problem.
Specs:
WP: 4.5.3
X: 4.6.1
cornerstone: 1.3.0
Essential grid: 2.1.0.1Thank you for your help with this.

ChristianModeratorYou web host might have some limitation on WordPress using
admin-ajax.php. Once you click to trigger the lightbox, it returns an error:jquery.themepunch.essential.min.js?ver=2.1.0.1:8 POST http://learningcooperatives.org/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 404 (Not Found)Please forward this information to them so they can check error logs that might be related to this.
Alternatively, you can try using sub-folder multisite site setup instead of sub-domain or simply use single WordPress install.
Thanks.

asnieckusParticipantJust wanted to let you know that my web host upgraded the php version for our sites to 5.4, which fixed the issue with the lightboxes not opening. Thanks for your help on this :).
