    Hi,

    On my website i have an essential grid set up however on mobile devices it only shows 3 of the items, how can i resolve this?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    It could just a setting, but, I’m able to see your grid in mobile. Instead of grids, it just appear as 1 column.

    Would you mind providing your admin login credentials in private reply?

    Hi there,

    Please increase ‘Max Visible Rows’ from Essential grid settings -> grid settings -> pagination.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    Hello There,

    Thanks for providing the login credentials! it turns out that you have enabled the visibility option for the section. The whole section is not visible in both tablet and mobile screens. Please deactivate it and test your site again. Please see this screenshot: http://prntscr.com/b67u9j

    Hi,

    thanks for your help, but I discovered the problem: essential grid doesn’t support the same grid in 2 different section of a page! i have to duplicate the grid. Thank you anyway!
