    Hi, The instagram stream in “Essential Grid” is only showing 400 items only, even if i set the count under “Source” tab. I have tried 2 different accounts one have more than 5k and the other around 1k but still both shows 400 only.. Any ideas ?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in.

    I think its limit is 400 items per request/end point. Have you tried the pagination? Please provide your site’s URL that have this grid.

    Hi there,

    I think it’s Instagram’s limitation it’s between 400 to 500. I tried it too and its’ really displaying 400. Though, I can’t any from EG’s documentation about the limit. But Instagram says its limit is 500.

    It maybe depending on each requests your site made between Instagram servers. I’ll continue investigating, though since Instagram said there is a limit, then we can’t really reach that 6k limit.
