ZerotoOneParticipanthey there,
essential grid freezes on configuration. the “please wait” screen is looping. overall the essential grid plugin is pretty laggy and is not displaying properly in backend: when choosing a skin on the 4-5th page the demos look pretty weird…I trieb to reinstall everything but did not help.
please have a look…my site is http://www.zerotoone.de

ChristianModeratorHey there,
Can you give us a screen recording of the issue? I don’t experience lagging or any issue on my end.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorHey there,
I’m sorry but Essential Grid really loads fine on my end. I’ve created a test grid without issues.
Have you tried deleting your browser history? Please try in other browsers and make sure all browser extensions are disabled.
Thanks.

ZerotoOneParticipanttried a different browser and computer, same problem…I can’t even set the client logo on the wilbert skin, thats a huge problem besides the freezing issue, the option to add one is simply missing this time…

ZerotoOneParticipantyou can take a look at my grid set up with the wilbert skin, you won’t be able so set a client logo…

ChristianModeratorHey there,
I was able to add a client logo (see attachment). Would you mind giving us a screen recording of what you’re experiencing on your end?
As I don’t experience any issue on my end. I’ll pass this to my colleagues to see if they will experience an issue.
Thanks.

ZerotoOneParticipantI can see that but, there is so field/button on my end, where I can set the icon…it was there in my previous installations…maybe I should try the grid: could you help me to get a similar effect as seen in the wilbert skin of essential grid?
September 6, 2016 at 3:23 am #1162700
ChristianModeratorCan you give us a screenshot of the field/button and what you’re seeing on your end?
Sorry but we could not replicate Essential Grid to the Grid. It might be possible with custom development but that falls outside the scope of our support since that would be quite involved.
Thank you for understanding.

ChristianModeratorThose options are available. See https://cloudup.com/cqaBGIR7_-U in Firefox.
Can you give the details (operating system and version, browser and version, CPU, RAM) of your computer?
Also, to be clear, have you cleared the browser history of your devices? And, please clear all caches and uninstall W3 Total Cache completely. My colleague investigated also and it he said all is fine on his end as well.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorRegretfully, since this works on our end, we have nothing to troubleshoot. Would you mind giving us the details of your system so maybe we could replicate it. Go to http://supportally.com/ and take a screenshot of the all the details and attach them here.
Alternatively, you might want to contact our trusted partners who caters X setup and customization needs. Please see https://community.theme.co/custom-development/.
Thanks.
