    Hi there.

I realize this problem has probably been addressed but maybe not specifically in the way that I need.

My site is rumbleseat.flywheelsites.com (because I’m within the trial period of Flywheel, they require authentication. Username is “flywheel”, password is “kaput-nest”. WP version is 4.6.1, X version is 4.6.4 and Cornerstone version is 1.3.3

If you navigate to the Electrics page, you’ll see where I have an Essential Grid element set up. My problem is that each picture is stretched to cover the container and the client wants each guitar shown in its entirety. When I set them to “contain” rather than “cover”, theres empty space that shows up on the tops and bottoms of each square. I can’t seem to figure out where to control the height of the squares. Almost all the pictures are very wide and not very tall in comparison. Most of them fit within the 1800 x 750 range. Is this an option to change within Essential Grid settings or is this a CSS fix?

Thank you for taking the time to help me out!

    Hello There,

Thanks for writing in! The image will always be a background image inside the grid. There is no choice but only the cover or contain. I would recommend that you simply upload the same size of the grid item or at least set the medium size image which would be the same as the grid size. You can select the Image source type when you edit your grid. You can find it the Source tab.

    Hope this helps.
