    Hi!

    I’m having an unexplainable issue with filtering in my Woocommerce-based Essential Grid. When I first created the grid, I set up two filters based on Woocommerce attributes, and everything worked well. A few hours later, I changed a few unrelated settings on the grid, and the majority of my filter buttons disappeared. Please see attached for screenshots.

    I have tried everything I can think of to get it working (including clearing all browser and plugin caches, turning off all caching and optimization plugins, testing different browsers, and completely creating the grid from scratch), and I cannot get it working again. I can occasionally get it to work after adding the first filter (see photo), but as soon as I add the second filter, the buttons start to disappear again. Another thing to note is that when this happens, the ability to re-order the filter terms by drag and drop also stops working.

    The filters did work perfectly when I originally created them the first time, so they should be able to work again. I also am able to successfully create the same filters within “The Grid” plugin, so there is nothing wrong with my Woocommerce attribute labeling/archiving (however I’m not a huge fan of that plugin, and would much rather get my Ess Grid working than switch).

    – Link to your site

    Hi Alex,

    The details are now working. I have checked the page where the Essential Grid is and there are some JS errors when I checked the console. Kindly try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
