DadparvarParticipantHi,
When I create a Essential Grid, and want to change the layout by adding some “Available Modules”, when I drag any one of them and start to move it to drop it in the place I want, the page start infinite scrolling and I can’t drop it to place I want.
This problem is also when I edit a skin for my essential Grid, where I want to add some “Item Layout”.It seems to be a bug. That doesn’t let me use the plugin as I want.
Thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know if the problem persists after it.
Thanks,
Joao

DadparvarParticipantNo result. I deactivated all plugins (but just Essential Grids) and tested. The problem is still there. You can also check it in my site as you wish to see.

JadeModeratorHi there,
Kindly try logging through FTP and open the plugins directory and delete the current Essential Grid installation.
Once done, please try to install the plugin again in the WordPress admin and see if it fixes the issue.
Let us know how it goes.

RadModeratorHi there,
I just tried it and not getting that scroll/drag issue on my end. What browser you’re testing it on? And please provide a short screen recording of what you’re getting. I like to see if we’re testing the same thing 🙂
Thanks!

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Could please re install Essential Grid plugin? This could be a bug in the plugin. We will contact the creators of this plugin for them to check it out. Once they fixed it, and update release will be rolling out. Please watch out for any updates in your dashboard and our changelog (https://theme.co/changelog/)
Thank you for your understanding.

DadparvarParticipantYesterday you asked me to remove it and install it again and I did it and nothing happened. (see messages above)
It seems a newer version needed that this bug is fixed in it.
(honestly, as you see in video, its not possible to work with it at all for now. and its so useful for us. Hope to be able to use it)May 20, 2016 at 3:18 am #1001174
Rue NelModeratorHello There,
We requested to reinstall the plugin to make sure that all files are present. Some of it might be corrupted which may have created the issue. All I know is that I have tested this in my local install and I can confirm that whatever is in the video, I am experiencing it. That is why I am confirming that this may have been a bug. I will be reporting this to the creators of the plugin for further evaluation.
Thank you.
