    Hi there,

    for some reason, when I try to create a grid with essential grid, I’m not able to select any category and, after the saving, the plugin show me an Ajax error… can you help me?

    Update: there is the same problem with all content types (pages, posts ecc.): essential grid only works with existing categories, but not with those created by me…

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there, the essential grid on my site has just stop working and I don’t know how can I fix it. It doesn’t show the EDITOR/PREVIEW anymore and when I choose my ess.grid in cornerstone, it isn’t shown…

    Please also provide your admin credentials on a private reply so we can check further.
