koraykaanParticipantHi,
Everything was fine yesterday but none of my pages with Essential Grid work right now. Which actually makes my website useless. I tried to reinstall the plugin but now I cannot import the data. It gives an Ajax error.

LelyModeratorHi There,
Glad you find where the conflict is coming from.
I am little confuse on your import/export process. So when you try to import the json file on Essential Grid > Import, it doesn’t work? If yes, can you try doing it again, this time after the import, right click on the page and click inspect. Click console tab check the error. Give us the error so we can investigate.November 8, 2016 at 2:10 am #1248328

LelyModeratorHello There,
Based on that, the json file size is too large compare to your hosting php upload max size. We have to increase you php upload max size settings. You may contact your hosting provider regarding this issue. See this:http://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/linux-unix-bsd-nginx-413-request-entity-too-large/
Hope this helps.

koraykaanParticipantthe max size is increased to 128 MB, though the error is still the same

Paul RModeratorHi,
I would try checking with your hosting provider on this particular issue as it sounds like something related to your setup is causing this. Typically, this is due server configuration problems (i.e. underpowered, traceroute issues, packet loss, permissions errors, et cetera). Additionally, your host will be able to diagnose things much better due to the fact that they have a more complete view of your account and can work behind the scenes with you. If the problem you are experiencing persists after working with your host, don’t hesitate to let us know and we will be happy to assist you. Any relevant information that you can share with us from your host is also greatly appreciated as it will help us to better ascertain the source of the problem.

LelyModeratorHi There,
In that case, please ask them to increase max_execution_time. Please check this:http://stackoverflow.com/questions/6279897/post-content-length-exceeds-the-limit
Hope this helps.
