Hello,

I am unable to import the demo content or any other settings on 2 of my sites. I do not receive an error. It says demo content imported, but nothing actually shows up.

Anyone else had this issue that has been resolved?

Thanks for writing in.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password

Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Please check the following Essential Grid tables on your database:

wp_eg_item_skins
wp_eg_navigation_skins
wp_eg_item_elements
wp_eg_grids

If it’s empty, try the fixed suggested on the thread above.

Hello,

Thank you for the links to the threads on Essential Grid. I looked at both of the links but did not use either one.

The site that I was having the issue on is a new site and I used Softaculous to install instead of my normal process.

I tried a new install on a test site using my normal steps and it worked perfectly. Essential Grid was able to import demo content and worked like normal.
