cohen611ParticipantI have a grid that I customized to display the number of views, comments and likes a post has, using other plugins. The views portion was added through Meta References. The likes portion was added through a shortcode in a Text/HTML element. I would like to be able to sort my posts by most liked. I’ve tried adding the shortcode as meta and using that as the sorting option, but it doesn’t work. Is there any other way of adding sorting options?
Thanks!

Thanks for writing in! Supported sorting options will be listed here (https://www.themepunch.com/faq/grid-custom-order/).
Thanks!

cohen611ParticipantHi,
Thanks for your reply but that’s not exactly what I meant. While that does sort the posts, I was wondering if there was a way to do it through the Sort button.
The plugin I’m using for the likes is Like Button Voting & Rating. I’ve tried adding the various shortcodes the plugin provides as Meta References to see if that would make the Sort button work but I’ve had no success. Any help is greatly appreciated, this is very important!
Thanks

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thank you for the clarifications! At the moment, there is no integration feature between the essential grid and the Like button plugin which you have installed. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer of the Like button to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities.
Thanks for understanding. Take care!
