    Hi there,

I am using Custom Post Types to categorize artists that play on a festival. I thought the extension Essential Grid would be the perfect solution to list the line-up of the festival, and display them in a nice masonry table. However, every time I try to save a new “Essential Grid” I get the message “Empty Ajax Response”. I have this with all the post types, even with posts.

Unfortunately not. The host is fine and should be able to run the extension (Siteground). Besides that, the database prefix is the same as the WordPress prefix, although it is not wp_ but wpcu_ instead (security etc.).

I just don’t know where to look now and I would really like to start working for my client.

Again, I changed the prefix on purpose, as wp_ is the standard. Changing it helps improving the security of the website. Therefore I am not interested in a solution that involves changing the prefix.

Please let me know if there are any other options.

You only need to change Essential Grid’s prefix if they are different from your WordPress prefix. Please see the links below:

    Thanks.

The prefix is exactly the same as the WordPress prefix.

So what is the problem that remains?

    Hello There,

Please check those tables if there’s content. There are times that the tables were created but it is empty. When it is empty download the SQL file provided on the previous reply.

    Hope this helps.
