Blair WParticipantWell, I’m back. I got exactly what I always get. Developers pointing the finger at everyone else involved saying not my problem it’s theirs.
So this is how it played out: GF doesn’t support third party plugins. WooComm doesn’t support third party plugins. Who do they say is to blame? Essential Grid. Well I don’t have a direct licenses with Essential Grid, you guys do.
So how do I fix this problem if no one wants to take responsibility for it or even help me look for an answer?

Blair WParticipantI recorded my attempt to call up the EG editor at 6:50pm (PST). I got the same result I get in the early am and afternoon.
If the issue is tied to my hosting solution should I request more ram on the VPS I have with liquidweb?
