    Well, I’m back. I got exactly what I always get. Developers pointing the finger at everyone else involved saying not my problem it’s theirs.

    So this is how it played out: GF doesn’t support third party plugins. WooComm doesn’t support third party plugins. Who do they say is to blame? Essential Grid. Well I don’t have a direct licenses with Essential Grid, you guys do.

    So how do I fix this problem if no one wants to take responsibility for it or even help me look for an answer?

    I recorded my attempt to call up the EG editor at 6:50pm (PST). I got the same result I get in the early am and afternoon.

    If the issue is tied to my hosting solution should I request more ram on the VPS I have with liquidweb?
