    Hi,

    I get an Ajax Empty Response error when trying to save a skin in Essential Grid or when I try to save the grid itself. I have disabled all the plugins except Essential Grid & Cornerstone and the error still persists. I have contacted my hosting and they said no one else has this issue and that it doesn’t originate with them.

    I am trying to create a grid with round items to display on the homepage instead of the 5 columns with pictures.
    The website is chicagobestevents.com

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
